What is the selection process like?Applications are received by the company. Selected applicants will be invited for an initial interview and screening session. From there, qualified candidates will go through a pre-employment training and assessment process. Preliminary job offers will be made to the best-qualified candidates contingent upon background, medical and drug screening results.
