What is the selection process like?

Applications are received by the company. Selected applicants will be invited for an initial interview and screening session. From there, qualified candidates will go through a pre-employment training and assessment process.

Preliminary job offers will be made to the best-qualified candidates contingent upon background, medical and drug screening results.

After successful completion of all steps in the process and based on Kia’s employment needs, confirmed job offers will be made.
