Maintenance Team Member (MTM)

Die Maintenance Team Member (DMTM)

The Maintenance Team Member (MTM) performs highly diversified duties in industrial and facilities maintenance functions to maintain automobile production, process, and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance requirements. The MTM also provides support in a variety of industrial or manufacturing technology skill areas including Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Motor Controls/PLC, Pneumatics, Robotics, Welding, and other industrial processing systems. The MTM conducts machine setup and install, problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair, and preventive maintenance service.

The Die Maintenance Team Member (DMTM) performs various tool & die maintenance functions to maintain Stamping transfer dies including providing technical support to CNC/Machining, Fabrication, and Tool & Die operations. The DMTM also conducts tool & die troubleshooting and repair, change over and die setup, and miscellaneous fixture design and manufacture. The DMTM conducts setup, programming, and/or operation of various press, tooling, machining, or milling equipment. The DMTM will also have maintenance and repair responsibilities on extra-large (Class-A) surface dies.
